Little Christmas Pudding Cake Pops!
I used these ingredients to make the batter:
150g Self Raising Flour
150g Caster Sugar
150g Softened Butter
2 Free Range Medium Eggs
I then just used some vegan food colouring to make the icing :) (I originally planned snowmen then changed to puddings hence the grey icing)
The snowmen were extremely hard to make and I obviously didn't have the skills to make them (his face melted off) so these puddings were my second option and a lot easier!
